Company change name, Help!!!

I got H-1B then Company change the name. I asked the attorney
of company at that moment if I need to update my H-1B and she said
it is ok if I stay in same company. Later I applied RIR, I-140, I-485
by using company new name. Now I got RFE which says it seems I accpeted a job From the date I filed I-485 and ask me to submit all employment authorizations since that date include I-129 aproval notice issued to my former employer, I have company\'s old name on H-1B. I wonder this would confuse those INS people and will send me RFE again?. Should I filled any
and amended form for company name change (This is different from case where
There are different name on RIR , I-140 and I-485)? If Yes, what form should I fill with? Thanks a lot.

Tax ID

If the company\'s Tax ID has not changed, there should be no amendment required on any petition (H1, I-485,I-140)

As long as the company does not change the ownership, it will be fine. Ask you company to write a letter to explain the ownership does not change with supporting material. Check that with your lawyer. Gook luck.

I looked at my W-2 form for Tax. It looks that their tax id is unchanged and still use the old company name.
I don\'t have attorney now fue to laid off and my former attorney was provided by my former company.
