Company Acquistion impact on H1B

Hi,

If Company A (Large Corp) acquires Company(B) and make it a subsidary for some time, what will be the impact on H1B, does the ammendment to H1B required?

What will be the impact of this if one filed Labor Certification and its at DOL stage ( I know its not directly related but any help would be appreciated)

No problem. In most cases a H1 amendment might not be required, unless the job nature, requirements dramatically changes .
In most cases the acquiring company will take over the LC- an amendment will be required for LC though.
