Company acquisition – I140 Pending - moving to new location

Gurus help!!!

My details are:
Employed by a small company “A”, which is a part of big corporation “B”
Location: Pittsburgh
I-140/I-485/EAD/AP: Notice Date is 11/25/2003
For I-140: petitioner is “Company A care of Company B”. (Filed by the immigration department of Company B)
EAD/AP approved on 5/7/2004
I-140 pending >180 days???
I-485 pending >180 days.
Currently on H1-B – 7th year
No RFE…No Labor substitute…

Now:
Company “X” is acquiring our company “A”. Company “A” will be disappeared
Company “X” is based on Dallas, TX, has told all the employees to relocate to Dallas.

What should I do:
1. Is changing location will be a problem for my I-140 or I-485?
2. Do I (or Company “X”) have to file amendment for my I-140 for company acquisition, change of name, change of location?
Company “B” told me that they will respond to any RFE for I-140, if there will be any.
3. Will my case for I-140 and I-485 will be transferred from VSC to TSC?
4. I know that I have to file AR-11. Should I also file AC-21?
5. Will there be any problem which I’m missing?

I’ll appreciate any help.

----------it is simple use company X letter and use AC21 after the I-140 gets approved and I-485 pending more than 180 days
What should I do:
1. Is changing location will be a problem for my I-140 or I-485?
-----No, after I-140 gets approved then update the USCIS for your pending I-485 and provide NEW address so that you get FP notice at your new address, your X company lawyer can update USCIS of your NEW address on pending I-485
2. Do I (or Company “X”) have to file amendment for my I-140 for company acquisition, change of name, change of location?
Company “B” told me that they will respond to any RFE for I-140, if there will be any.

3. Will my case for I-140 and I-485 will be transferred from VSC to TSC?
----- it is not must that they will tranfer, YOU should NOT request the Transfer of I-485
4. I know that I have to file AR-11. Should I also file AC-21?

------File AR11 but at this time you are NOT eligible to use AC21, let your I-140 get approved then use AC21
5. Will there be any problem which I’m missing?
----- I dont know if you are still on H1, if on H1 then it is better to join X with H1 Transfer and let X also file NEW LC as back up
