Company Acquired. Do I need to apply again?

We got news today that my company has been acquired. What does this mean to my green card process?

Labor approved
140/EAD/AP/485 concurrently filed in Dec 2005
140 approved
It will be 180 days next week from 485 reciept date
EAD and AP approved.

I am in EB2, rest of world category, filed at VSC

Do I need to file another 140 or 485?

Please advise.

You seem fine. If the old company still exists as a legal entity (and you are still employed by them) then no changes will be required, if not in worst case it's AC21. No big deal.
