company acquired after 140 approval.. what to do?

My 140 got approved from company A.. A is acquired by company B. What to do?

Any chances of proceeding with 485 filing?

You can go ahead and file 485 based on your approved I140. When INS will open your case they may issue an rfe for 140 for the new companay. You have to file 140 again for the new company and submit as response to rfe. Sometimes 485 gets approved without rfe even after company name change. In any case, you can file rightway and secure your place in the ever growing list of 485 waiters.
