community college professor for NIW, Possible?

HI, everyone,
I applied NIW last Sept. when I was in University as a research associate. Then I changed my job to a community college as an asssistant professor. I have the concurrent h1b. University's h1b visa will expire next year. I can still get the resrearch position at the same university part time and full time in summer. Is there any problem in my NIW application.
I also applied PERM at my community college, not response yet.
 
More information

The job in Community College is mainly teaching math and engineering, not research at all. but the part time univeristy work is research related to NIW topics.
