Common RFE\'s

Can everybody share their knowledge on the common RFE\'s issued by the VSC for 485 application.
Also do we get a copy of the RFE in mail or just the lawyer .
I called yesterday and found that they have issued an RFE but wont tell what the RFE was .
RD 2/12/01
ND 2/20/01
Please let me know the common RFE\'s so that I can be prepared.

Will post an update after the weekend.

Most common RFEs:
empl - Verification Letter from current employer
stubs - last 2 or 3 paystubs
w2 - last 1 or 2 w2
tax - last 1 or 2 1040s
med - incomplete medical information provided, either or redo

In addition, they have asked for I94s, i20s, 797s etc.

I appears that a lot of Feb folks have been getting rfe\'s over the last few days. Can you please let us know what your avm said the last time you called? did it reflect anything about the rfe?

was your case CP by any chance or did you change jobs, titles etc.?

AVM had changed a month ago

to case recieved .Till yesterday it was still saying that .
Not updated for RFE yet. Will check again later today and willpost.
Do you know if we get a copy of RFE notice .

I believe most of the postings have said that the lawyer received it, but I remember some saying that they received a copy too. at any rate, inform your lawyer about this and stay on top of him so that as soon as the lawyer gets it, you can send out the response. my two cents ...
 
Typically, only lawyer gets RFE - there have been exceptions recently

I\'m trying to keep trackof any RFEs generated - regardless of ND. My gut feeling is that RFE cases go into a separate queue, that is processed in some order regardless of PD/ND.
