Common Issue : FP notice lost

I never recieved 2nd FP notice. when I called NSC, they said that 2nd FP was scheduled for 517/2007 but me or my lawyer not received this notice. Now they told me they will send me old notice and I received it last saturday. I think this is happening for lsot of people.

I went to Newark ASC today ( 26 commerce street). lady manager simply resused to take FP. please suggest what should I do ?? I beleive re scheduling it will take lot of time.

I see in the forum that some people managed to do it even with old FP notice.

is it possible to do this I I take infopass( but that will be at different USCIS office in newark)
 
Why dont you try tomorrow. I believe Wednesdays are walk in days. You should be good with that.

thanks for response. USCIS people didn't say that Wednesday is walkin. anyone did FP with old notice any newark ? my appointment is for biometrics.
