Common I-140 RFE's

Does any one know about the most common I-140 RFE's people get . From what I have seen in this forums I see that Company Financial is one most prevalent RFE's that people get ?

Any thoughts ,

1. Company's ability to pay
2. Education Equivalence
3. May be W2s
4. For NIW and Extraordinary abilities - produce some more evidence.

These are the most common I have seen on this board.
Others may add more..
 
Company's ability to pay RFE?

Is there any known pattern in the company's ability to pay RFE. Company size/ profits/ private co. etc etc.

Another common RFE is for Experience certificates (even though you had submitted it earlier)

Happened to me and I have seen a lot of postings on it in this forum.

Can someone explain what they normal have to produce and need when we have a Education evaluation RFE's and what they really mean and want .

If they require an educational evaluation, they want to verufy if your basic education is comensurate to the requirements of your filing category (EB1, EB3 etc.). There are a lot of independent bodies who do this evaluation for a small fee. I had recieved such an RFE, my lawyer responded back with a evaluation which he conducted from an independent source. Sorry, I have no specific info about the company he used for the same.

Education RFE's are the easilest to reply. Just dont add the education evaluation to your application.
Get an RFE. Send Education evaluation as reply.
Get a quick 140 approval.

Education Evaluation RFE

I did not send any education evaluation with my 140, EAD and 485 application. Still did not get any RFE...Got EAD in 4 weeks instead...Looks like there is no fixed rule here...one person may get RFE whereas other may not...
Things are more luck based here than qualification, experience etc.
