Coming back tot he USA after visa extension

Hi, there is so many people in this forum who want to extend their tourist visas. I wish you all luck, but here's my question. I I came to the USA last year and got 6 months entry at the airport, later I extended my visa for another 6 months, so I spent exactly 1 year in the USA. Now I want to come back there but I'm afraid I may be denied entry cause the immigration officers may suspect I was working while my stay even though I was not.

How long do you think I shopuld stay in my home country before going back to the US? I plan to stay 3 months and then fly to US again with a return ticket valid for 1 month.

What do you think are my chances of getting into the United States?

Re stay

As of my parents experience better to stay away at least six months otherwise you may end up getting only one month on I-94 if you come back early.

How long the process took

Could you please tell us ...How long the process took to get the decision from BCIS ?

We applied for my MOM in May.....and wondering when we can get the response?
