Hi All,
My mom left for India in March after staying 9 months in US. Now, she is planning to come back again in July.
Our worry is that she might not get 6 months stay at Port of Entry. she will be landing in SFO.
is anyone there with similar situation who got 6 months stay at SFO or any other airport?
I would highly appreciate if any one can post their experiences.

My Mom just entered the US again and received 6 months after previously staying for 9 months (6 months +3 months extension).

what we have to be prepared ?

Hello friends:

We applied for extension and also bought tickets to go back after six months.

Please share your experience, what in case we do not receive the decision for the application filed. Is the receipt notice to be shown in the airport while departing ? Please post ur experience.
