Coming back to CAN

I got TN 2 months back , however due to some reasons moving back to Canada (my US employer is ready to move me to Canada payroll). Do i need to return Visa or any other formality.

when you leave US, hand the I-94 to the airline (if by plane) or to Cdn customs officer, if by land.

There is no physical I-94 issued, they just put on passport ( hand written).
Other question , once the issue is resolved ( after few months) can I go back to same employer same job in US as current TN is for 3 years

An I-94 was issued; it simply wasn't printed by you, which is a requirement for employment authorization. How did you prove you had TN? I-9 requires print out.

I would suggest finding the I-94 print (google, please).
