Colorado Cases - 45 day Letter and LC Status - Dallas BEC

I have not yet received my 45-day letter (as of today, Jan 18th 2006).
My non-RIR EB3 LC was filed at Colorado in May 2003.
Anyone has any information to share?

My case (RIR/EB3) is also backloged in DBEC. I have been waiting since April 2003. No 45 Day letter yet.

Hi guys,

Finally I see a link for Colorado cases. My case is filed in 2001 October user Traditional/EB2. I haven't heard anything from my attorney. :mad:

I got a screen shot from trhough my attorney last month, this is the only proof I have that my case is in Dallas. :confused:

Good to hear from other pepople, please keep posted
