My son (who entered the US with me LEGALLY and got into college [even with a scholarship]) aged out and THANKS TO A BIG MISTAKE in the university ADVICE (they didn't tell us to enroll in SUMMER when his visa expired due to the 21st bday and then the F1 appl was denied because we was for a couple of months OUT OF STATUS!) he's, like I said, out of status.
Anyways he's here studying and finishing his degree but I wonder what are the risks of being caught by the university and the chance that the university WILL NOT GRANT HIM THE DEGREE in case they find out.

Can anyone help me with these?? (he's planning to getting married soon too but if we find out that the college will not grant the degree probably he'll hurry up with the wedding... yep.. I know.. why don't marry RIGHT NOW right?? well, that's his decision that involves his religious believes and values I've always try to tech him.. the values I mean.. not the religious part)

Once you are in, you will get your degree. All the immigration checkings/status are only before admission.

Worry some portion is his future immigration and non immigration visa from USCIS due to out of status. If you ignore it you will regret it. Since he is an eligible bachelor look out for USC girl from your religion for marriage, It will solve enitre problem in a single stroke.
