I did Code 3 Finger Print on Sept 2005 today(9/15/08) I got Again Code 3 Finger Print Letter Why why what Is This ? Is This name Check Or what?

FP 1 done 2004 (not Rem Right date)
And It Was LAte I keep calling All Da time u know 45 day for wating Time After evry Call
then keep calling wait wait
FP 3 done Sept 2005
went Congress Man 2007 he found out am in FBI check wait for 180 day
wait wait wait
went again congress man 8/6/08 he found out they have adress prob and change u r adress i did i got RFE on 8/12/08
its was i 693 G325a and lil other stuff related with my case
i sent USICS bak LUD 8 21 08
then wait wait
now i got LUD again RFE and i got This Leter FP CDOE 3
MY Qusetio n
A. Why they ask for FP3 agian??
b. Is they Gona send back agian For Check Name or Whatever ?
