Code 2 biometrics notice in mail today

thanks PHGUY. hopefully (and miraculaously!!!), as mentioned by NIW..WAITER they will approve our I-485 without interview, even if our dates are not current. :)
 
Early FP completed today

Well guys..I did the Early Biometrics today at the San jose center. The scheduled date was Oct-12, but I did it easily today. Lets see now what happens....

Two questions for you.

1) What time did you walk in ?
2) did you have a specific BioM. letter or did you have 485 notice that asked
you to do BioM ?

I went around 3 pm. Mine was a 485 related biometric code 3. Am not sure what you mean by specific. Its related to 485. I am still officially stuck in name check.
 
Biometric FP done today

I went for Biometric FP code-2 today at SJ office. My FP is scheduled for next week. I went there to give a try and it worked.

I suggest to go during lunch time or afternoon. I guess this should work.

I am asking if your biometric letter was different from your I-485 approval
notice ? For me, I haven't received seperate BioM notice. My I-485 approval
notice tells me to do a Biometric. Is that your case too ?
 
Done my early Biometrics this afternoon

Me and my Family has completed our Biometrics this afternoon.(originally scheduled for Oct 1st week).
Just walked in around 2.45PM, No questions asked. Completed the procedure in 20 mins.
Now I am waiting for the Update on the receipt of the Biometrics by CSC.

i need ur input. my wife has got biometrics but i did not get it. there have been some issues with my address lately since there is another guy who has same name/dob as me. because of this my address had been updated to be his ...real confusing but true.
how can i make sure that bcis has not sent me the biometrics
 
LUD changes

hi just wanted to let you know that my online status had LUD with 9/27/05, no change in message after code 2 bio.

140hlppls, in my case my spouse's code 2 bio was done in march while I received the notice only in september. As with all USCIS procedures, I cannot say surely if this happens to everyone.

I got biometric FP notice too. It seems there is a mass FP notices issued recently. Does this mean name checking is done and reached last barrier of GC process?

hi. i have sent u a message requesting information for a good lawyer. i noticed that u offered it to someone else in the other thread.

guys - i dont have a lawyer right now since i changed with ac21. i need somones help to make sure that my address is correct with bcis. the confusion came since there is another guy with same name/dob as me.pls recommend a good lawyer if u know of any
 
Another LUD this afternoon!

rubbing my eyes, wondering what the hell is going on at the back there....Just saw a brand new LUD dated 9/28/2005. Early this morning, I saw a LUD dated 9/27/2005 on account of my biometrics yesterday. I am so torn with expectations hahahahaha
 
They took right index finger print, Photo and Signature.

Hi guys need ur help....
my I-485 is also pending and no response from FBI, congressman and anyother source.....

I also got biometric letter on 26th of sep. I have appointmnet date on 6th oct. in SanFrancisco.
I went there yesterday to take that test before, but they refuse to take teh test before appointed date....
WHAT DID U GUYS DO TO TAKR THAT TEST BEFORE APPOINTED DATE????

2) what is LUD stands for??

PLEASE HELP ME, I-485 is making my life HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
