code 2 - ASC notice

Hi guys,

I have ASC notice(code 2) scheduled for august 2, but i have burnt my index finger while cooking. Will this pose a problem or does ins take only thumb print for code 2 - ASC notice. Please reply soon. My 10 finger printing notice was done in december 2004.

i think you should call your local service station and find out.
i also have a code 2 biometric scheduled for aug 6th and this
is the info that i got from my lawyer's office.

code 2 is for biometrics and they will take fingerprints, signature and picture which is used for green card production.

As far as i know, code 2 is thumb-print + photo + signature and is typically for EAD. I guess you are okay but you may want to call USCIS and confirm because the security guard at the entrance checks all fingers upon entrance to make sure they are free from cuts/wounds irrespective of what ASC code you have on your NOA.
