Did anyone watch the Headline News tonight? There was a strory on the fake immigration claims based on marriage. There are big bucks being offered to people for a GC through marriage. The CIS is starting to crack down on those.

GC through marriage is popular in every country you can think of..Western ofcourse. From Canada, U.S to Europe...So it shouldn't surprise any americans.
 
I agree it is old news, absolutely. But I don't think that the average American knew much about it. Now the issue is being publicised. Actually there was an offer of 25Gs. And Want, you are absolutely right. In Europe it is a big trend.
 
not even it does do any good to people in our situation, but make it even worst. Somebody like me which has been stucked in middle of road with no further movement for at least 2-3 years, seperated from the spouse and no hope, since they won't do anything for GC spouse which got married after Refugee/ Asylee case approval. And then people do fruds which makes are more suspected to USCIS inspection probably more case denial and other further problem which no ones knows about them.
And no soloution to none of them. Just hold your pants up and watch what is going on around you. Just working everyday and going to school and trying to keep yourself busy to not thinking about this seperation and thinking about 3 years of waiting. endless..
I was thinking about a chat room for this forum. I would be good to have one.
