Yes. Did receieve Yellow form with FP notice.

My attorney\'s legal assistant\'s are of the opinion that I should not send any employment letter with the Yellow form since my Company got acquired after I-485 application. We have already filed for new I-140 in March,2001. My attorney says that I should send employment letter explaning the acquisition since this might avoid an RFE.

Any comments.
