Club for PD not Current but received RFE cases

Let us make a list of people who\'s Priority Date is not current but received RFE and either waiting for approval or approved. That way we can get an Idea of what\'s happening for PD not current cases. My info are as follows
EB3 INDIA, PD 06/98, RD 08/99, ND 9/99, FP 8/00 RFE, issued 12/00. Do not know what the RFE is about since I did not get the papers yet. When you post please also mention what was the RFE about.

Still wating for approval. Obviously, since PD for EB3-India is not current!

My RFE was for G-325(Biographic information). I just filled out the form with my latest address and mailed it back. I believe these RFE\'s mean nothing. They are just generated automatically by the system and I just have to wait for the PD to become current.

Yes in fact I did move to a new address as recently as 12/01/2000. Though I got RFE in the 3rd week of November I have to hold the reply till I moved to my new address. If you are curious, I did not move to a different city or state I just changed my home to another one in the same community.

I just checked with my employer and the RFE was about employment letter and he replied it today.
Cougar, why do u think that RFE\'s are system generated. If you get an RFE, it means that someone is looking at your file manualy ...
besides that we do have some history of cases approved begin PD not current on myladoor web site.

Hoping for a approval soon ...

I don\'t think INS knew or would have come to know about it. I did not inform INS of my move. But it is legally required that you inform INS of you change of address while your I-485 is pending. That\'s what I did for my wife who did not get RFE. I requested my lawyer to inform the change of address for my wife.
