hello everyone.
I applied july 2011 for asylum. had my biometrics and interview in a month, was reffered to an immigration judge in oct 2011. clock stopped as I declined the individual hearing date of two weeks from master hearing date. Was given an individual hearing date of July 2013. clock stopped all this while. received a notice from the court may 30 2013 that my individual hearing has been moved to oct 2014. almost went mental. my question is when is the click meant to be restarted as having to wait till oct 2014 is no fault of mine and I.desperately need to start earning even if for anything to engage myself as i am fast loosing my mind. would appreciate your responses. thank you.
