Then I received one more fingerprint notice in October, which I ignored, because I had already done it within 90 days timeframe.
I also called IIO and according to her the FP results were in the system.

eb-2/rir, rd:09/04/01, nd:10/01/01, received fp. scheduled appt. in 3rd week of April. Looks like FP notices are starting to flow in Cleveland. Others, be patient, you should be receiving yours. Thanks.
