Cleveland - EAD Application - how?

Hi, can someone out there who has experience in applying for EAD at the local INS office in Cleveland (Ohio) advise:

1) What documents will one need to bring along?
2) Do I need to take 2 photos ahead of the time and bring them along?
3) How early do I need to be there for the waiting?

485 receipt, photo ID, a check of $100.00.

2) Do I need to take 2 photos ahead of the time and bring them along?

No. They will take the photo there.

3) How early do I need to be there for the waiting?

They only do EAD on Tuesdays, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
