Guys whose RD is in 2004 should be soon hearing some good news.
Guys whose RD is in 2004 should be soon(definitely not months/years/decade) hearing good news.
Most of them (if not all)these guys were Xfred on March 2nd....
Another one came today with

My PD is 3-03 and ND is 12-03.
One of my collegues who applied in 4-03 and ND is 3-04 is approved and I am still waiting. There is no logic as such.
Mostly based on PD, no complexity in files, all security issues are cleared, the adj. officer is too impatient etc and big slice of luck.
I can try to make a pattern but it changes with fresh approvals. The patterns are always a big cloud of confusion.
I am afraid that these Visas will dry up anytime soon and I will be in waiting mode again. I understand there are folks prior to me are still frstratingly waiting.
