Class of admission in AP application

The Class of Admission is your current status such as H1B. I just sent out my AP application this morning to VSC. By the way, do you also submit the letter to explain your reasons of applying AP as requested? My lawyer said it's not necessary to write the letter anymore.

Good luck for our applicaiton of AP. :)

status last entered into US

It's not ur current status, it's status on which you last entered into US
this I got clarified from my attorney,

again, I may be wrong - check with ur attorney
good luck

It is the manner of your last entry into US. If you used H1B, it is 'H1B', if you used AP, it is 'Parolee'.

This has been answered before. It is always better to use the 'Search' feature before posting a question.

Class of Admission

There is confusion as this was a new entry in the AP form, which USCIS never clearly clarified.
Different attorneys may have different opinions as always.
USCIS is interested in your current status, which may have changed from the last entry. Example in my case the last entry was H1b and wife's was H4. In my last (third) I used as : ADJUSTEE, since this is my current status. Both were approved.
