Clarity on spouse Adjustment of status

Hoping to get some clarity on my current situation.

I am currently on H1B, with I-140 in process and also eligible for adjustment of status. My wife is working for a different company and is on F1 visa. Her opt is about to expire in June 2022, and she is eligible to file for stem opt extension for another 2 years.

I want to file her adjustment of status ( I-485) along side mine but we are not sure on the best route to be taken with respect to my spouse. Also, her company has agreed to send her nomination for H1B lottery in 2022.

We had below queries on which we were hoping to get some clarification!

a. Should her employer file her H1B while the AOS is under process
b. Should she file for stem opt extension
c. Is there any other detail we are missing and what should be done in this scenario
 
If your priority date is current, file or upgrade your I-140 in premium processing and simultaneously file I-485's for both of you. Once I-485 is filed on your wife's behalf no additional application or petition needs to be filed.
