Clarification with Question #24 in PART B

I am applying for OCI for my family and i would like to clarify whether for my daughter if i should write my name and sign in two places for Question #24 in Part B.

I understand i have to fill the application for minor portion for my daughters application.

Yes, just write all the applicants names in the dotted line space after I/We, and put your and your spouse's signature in the two places to the right of Place. Then put your daughter's name in the section 'Application for minor(s)' and sign as first applicant.
