Clarification required on PD and I485, Please.

Hi,

My Priority date is April 6 2000 , category EB3, I485 Receipt date September 25th 2001. Can any one tell me if I have filed for I485 when my case was current. Because I saw a posting here that I485 was denied for having filed the same before the priority date was current.

Or can any one suggest me as to where I can check the same.

Hi Indian 69,

All the Employment based dates became current in the month of July 2001 and have been so ever since. You or anyone filing after this should have no problems.
