clarification please

Everyone,

I live in US and have a green card. My brother's son got student visa and he is coming to Boston University for MS.

I might have to provide financial help like, paying some tuition fee and living expenses for my brother’s son while he is studying. Can I help him financially? or Is it legal?

I don't see why it is illegal, but you may want to check if it is subject to gift tax.
