Clarification on Plastic Card

Friends,

My 485 was approved by CSC on Aug 6th.
I got my GC stamped on Aug 13th. here are a few questions,

1] When can I expect my actual plastic card per the current CSC processing rate.

2] I am going to be changing my job soon. So if the plastic card does not come till that time, does that matter, I hope it is no risk to GC?

3] What if the Plastic card does not come for year. Can I go and get the re-stamping done in a different state in that case.

Arrival of plastic does not change your PR status which is since your I485 approval. However read this:
