I wonder what happened to the original poster. My guess is that the application was probably approved and she was so happy that she forgot to share the good news with us.

This is really funny and mockery of the common sense if she did not get approved.
 
Somebody send her a PM and ask for an update. That might get her attention, especially if her profile is set up to send email alerts upon receiving a PM.
 
without reading the entire thread, i see just a single complication ... that is, if it is interpreted that her verbal claim might have been to an official. For ex, she could have been stopped for law enforcement agent and was asked bout her status and she claimed USC, even if non-written. My guess is she's fine since there has been no feedback. I am almost certain, she'd be back here for more "advice" had things go adversely.
