Citzenship filing - 2 quick & simple Q's

Hey Friends,

2 more Q's re: Citizenship.

Q#1: I've been reading online and it appears that I can file in 4 years 9 months since I got GC. Some friend of mine tells me that I can actually mail the papers 6 months before that - is that right? (I am guessing it isn't but well, couldn't hurt to ask).

Q#2: Well actually I lied, let me do some of my own research on #2 before I waste your time with Q#2. :)
 
It is not 4 yrs 9 months - rather 5 years "less than "90 days. It is better to apply around 80 days or so prior to your 5 year anniversary to avoid USCIS mailling back your application.
