I just filled the entry form but i have made a mistake by entering my city of birth followed by province and they said do not enter province, could this be a reason of disqualification?

I'd be surprised if it would be a reason to be disqualified. It's an honest mistake. It's not like you're hiding something or that adding the province changes the answer somehow.

it would be amazed if is would be a purpose to be disqualified. Its not a big mistake that cannot be solved. There might be some other things to disqualification.
