Hi
My 18 year old daughter(special child,mentally slow like mental age 6 year old)right now in Pakistan ,she become US citzen automatically when I got my citizenship in2002,I applied her passport and got it,I applied her citizenship certificate on N 600 ,after that she went to Pakistan and since 2002 she is living in pakistan and getting education in one of the best school of special childern,last year INS inform me to get her citizenship certificate from local office,I went there but they told me to bring daughter with me,so her education is completed she want to come back.
I think there should not be any problem for her to get entry in USA as she is holding US passport,and her citizenship certificate is lying in INS office.

Her passport is all she needs to enter the US. Once she is in the US, she can collect her certificate from the local USCIS office.
