Citizenship Work Dates Help needed

Hello,
SOrry if this has been answered before I could not find it so posting this Q.

I am a filling out my citizenship forms and the problem is I do not remember the exact dates i worked at the employers. Over the last 5 years I worked at 5 different places and I do not remember the dates. So please help what should I write ??

Can you remember roughly when you started and ended these jobs? If you do, you can write there that these are rough dates. Explain it at the interview too.
