I went to the "https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/caseStatusSearch.do" to check the status of my N-400 case. I got this message. Is this standard message?
Application Type: N400, APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION

Current Status: Case received and pending.

On January 9, 2007, we received this N400 APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when yours will be done. This case is at our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

Yes, that is a standard message, but you should have received written instructions on what to do next.

Have you received any notifications by mail ? If not, have you contacted USCIS to inquire?
 
I don't know which local office you belong to, but it seems that if they received your application in January you should have received an interview letter already. Anyway, the status you show is the standard message, you should have already received the notice of action letter long time ago, and the fingerprints. If you haven't done the fingerprints there is something really screwed up. If you haven't received the interview letter it could mean that you are stuck on name check. Please search this board for all the information about name check. You can do an Infopass (again, please search the board for info on this) to find out more details about your case.
