Hi,

Thank you very much for reading and taking efforts to reply and sorry if it was asked before.

1)Do we have to File tow different form N-400 for me and my spouse? Or 1 form is good enough as it requires information for spouse and kids.
2) I have a daughter 12 years ( Minor), is there any form for her to file?

Thanks-

(1) Every adult is on his/her own so each file his/her own N-400
(2) Kids become citizens when parents are naturalized

Thank you very much for quick reply.

I had another concern:-

I visited Canada some time in Dec. 2006 for one day and the visit was over 24 hrs and being GC holder there is no Visa stamp on Passport and we do not remember the dates.

What should we do?

Thanks

try to look for any paperwork that will show you the date you were in Canada. If this fails then give an approximate date and explain in a separate attachment.

It would be better, if you can remember the exact date of your Canada trip. Maybe try to find from 2006 calendar, if it was during weekend or during the weekdays. If you remember the day and timing of the month (beginning, middle or end, etc), calendar might help you find the exact date. If you could not find the exact date, enter a date based on your best 'guesstimation.'
