Citizenship question regarding employer

I have read from interview experiences that one of the things the INS interviewer does is go over the details of one's N400 to see if anything has changed since the time of application. In my case, one thing that has changed is that I have been laid off. As I stated elsewhere, I am presently unemployed but there is a chance of a particular job once I get the citizenship.

During the interview I am just going to be straightforward and explain my situation to the adjudicator. Through discussions in this forum I am aware that citizenship has no connection with unemployment. However, will the fact that something has changed from the time of my n400 application delay anything? Do the interviewers linger over the employer question (that is, is it particularly material)? In my case it will be a double whammy since, the center I go to, has done oath on the same day as the interview (at least that has been the case in the past). Any delay caused during the interview will mean delay in oath which will also mean possible loss of the job opportunity at hand.

I am aware that the questions I pose might be difficult to answer. But any thoughts and suggestions that will help me will be most appreciated.

Thank you.

Also, i don't think so that it will cause you problem/delay due to your unemployement status because one of my friend had a same situation like you and he explained in details to officer in interview. Goog Luck

During the citizenship do they ask for poof for 3 months living in state requirement.

Do they ask for lease papers, electricity bills etc.
