Citizenship - Processing Times - Montreal

Hi

a) Can anybody guide me as to how much time it is taking these days to process Citizenship applicaton in Montreal.

b) Is the Citizenship Test and Oath ceremony the same day?

My timeline is as follows:

We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on November 23, 2007.

We started processing your application on March 18, 2008.

Your file was transferred to the Montréal CIC office on April 7, 2008.

Hi

My application for canadian citizenship was received on August 14 2008.
Notice was mailed the same day.My file was transfered to Montreal on December 15 2008.I received letter for testing on April 29th 2009 and i had the test on May 13th 2009.Now,i am waiting for oath invitation.
