citizenship processing times and presence during application

Hello,
Where can I find the accurate processing times (official site) for citizenship process? I made a google search but I just want to be sure...

Also does anybody have experience for state of NY and NJ processing times?

Lastly, at what stage of application I need to be physically present in the states continuously? For example I know that you need to be a resident of that state you applied in for the last 90 days minimum before applying.. Other than that while your application is in process, at what stages can you or can you not leave the country / or continuous residence is required?

If you use the search box on this forum, there are thread for NJ and NY, so expending an effort for your answer will be nice.

You can travel back and forth outside the US after applying. The only issue is if you don't meet the physical presence test at the time your application is being adjudicated. There are certain number of months one need to spend in the US, not only spend, but have RESIDENCY ties to Uncle Sam. USCIS is evaluation your requirements for naturalization which need to be met entirely...

You can travel during the process, but you still need to maintain continuous residence throughout the process until the oath, and you need to show up for the fingerprinting, interview, and oath.

Thank You. How long after mailing in the application is the fingerprinting and then the interview (just approximately or typically on average)?

On average, we have seen people received a notice for FP within a week of their check being cashed, other wait 4 weeks to receive the notice for FP, and the time between receiving the notice and appearing for FP is about 14 days.

Just like they said at the info pass, you are waiting in line to be sworn in in Alabama. Search on this forum, Alabama N400 and see what comes ups.
