Hi friends,

This is related to this topic. I have an urgent query. Please read the following and advice.

I got my GC in Aug02.
I was contnously in the US until Jan04.
Since then I have stayed outside the US on 4 long trips where each duration was less than 180 days.
In June06 I will be returning to the US for good.
My five years from GC will will Aug06

I have taken care of more than 2.5years of US stay and no trip more than 180 days. I hope this is fine with the naturalization requirements for filing in 2006. Would greatly appreaciate your inputs.

I was in your situation, and have taken longer trips than 180 days and all was ok. Good luck.
