Citizenship Interview Question

My wife was originally an illegal immigrant with unlawful entry. We were able to get a hardship waiver and she was granted permanent residence. Now, she is up trying to get her citizenship. She went to her interview today where the person asked her if she committed a crime. She said she has a ticket from 2012 and he said she needed to go to court and get documents to prove that it has been paid. When she went to retrieve it, she find out she another one from a couple years before for the same thing. They were both for driving without a license. She is now wondering if she should send both in or just the one she brought to his attention during the interview. She wants to be honest about it and is embarrassed she forgot about the other ticket. Does anyone have any advice.

Tbh, that is what we want to do. Just afraid that we will be seen as a liar because we forgot the other. Thank you for your reply

Send in both showing it was paid off. You can't seem like a liar if you send in both!!!

Just write a note and explain. Be clean with immigration. What if they already know......dont take a chance.

Yes, write a letter explaining that you'd been issued two tickets but only remembered one at the interview, but that you were sending in proof of everything being paid off.
