Citizenship Interview(Milwaukee) on 9/12/05 Done

Dear Friends,

I have my citizenship interview in Milwaukee on 9/12/2005. Following are my application details.

Priority Date: 05/31/05
Finger Print: 07/27/05
Interview Date: 09/12/05
Interview: Done
Background check: Not received yet

I think my application was processed very quickely :) . If anyone has recently finished their interviw in Milwaukee branch office please respond with your experience and what to expect. I have the following questions.

1. Are the history questions asked within the sample 100 questions listed on USCIS web site? I am reading few books on Citizenship exam found in local library, is this enough?
2. What documents do I have to carry? (green card, passport, copies of traffic ticket, divorce paper as I am divorced, birth certificate)
3. Any dress code (business casual? suit and tie?)

Please help me with your suggestions and experience.

Thanks

Hari

Civics Questions in Interview: How many correct is PASS

From all the postings of the people who have taken the interview successfully, it appears that there are ten questions. I think that I am fairly well prepared for my test on Sept 13th but there are not guarantees around getting all the answers correct. So, I need information on does any one have any idea how many correct answers out of ten is considered PASS for the civics test?

Hi avjohn,

I don't know for sure, but I have read on some of the threads that 6 out of 10 is considered pass.

Interview done but background check not yet

Dear friends,

I finished my interview today. It took about 10 minutes. The officer gave me 10 questions and it was very easy. After the interview, the officer said that I have passed the test but my background check is not received yet.

Any one had similar experience recently in Milwaukee. Please share your experience. How long does it take to get the background check?

Thanks

Hari
