Lucky me, my name was incorrect in forms, but everything went very well till the end. Sept 9th 2009 my interview & test went well and the officer gave me an acceptance form only to be rejected 1 min before the oath!!! I was so pissed, the officer claimed FBI needs to check the name again to be sure and that I will be notified. I am still waiting... No notice, no letter no calls. Jan 9th is approx 120 days... Will I be rejected at this point? Is my case in limbo? Did they forget to put me in the pending category?? So much could have gone wrong..
I want to go to the office with a new document for the name change but I am unsure if they will be able to see me without an appointment letter... Any experience with that? Should I try info pass? The phone operators were mediocre at best (one was horrible and the other didn't have any info).
Can I go to the interview office without an appointment? Can I go to infopass without an appointment? I want to go in tomorrow... I want to know how to submit this new name change document to my case.
