This question is for my aunt (she has a greencard through her husband for 7 years.

he became us citizen 2 years ago.

for the first 2 years she was out of the country for 11 months.

from june 2003 to june 2008. she left usa for 4 months 2004, 4 months 2005, 2 months 2006 and 1 month in 2007.

currently is she eligible for citizenship ( in the application check for through green card or through marriage.

also during the interview will the IO ask any question about the 11 months outside usa. (she is a home maker)

That was more than 5 years ago, so it is practically irrelevant at this time as far as naturalization is concerned (I said "practically" because in some obscure scenarios the IO may want to really stretch things and revoke the green card based on that trip).

currently is she eligible for citizenship ( in the application check for through green card or through marriage.
She should apply using the 5 year rule rather than the "married to a US citizen for 3 years" rule. That way the validity of her marriage is less likely to be challenged, and she wouldn't have to wait until her husband has completed 3 years as a US citizen.
