Citizenship interview and parents B visa

Do you advice to send my parents copy of the notice that I have citizenship interview in April. My mom's visa got denied but my dad managed get his appointment March 28th.

Will it help him to get visitor visa or hurt him instead?

I am hoping that if consul sees that if they had intend to immigrate than they could wait one more month before they I can apply for their green card. I heard the process to get green cards for parents takes 3-4 months these days. The truth is that they do not want green cards they want visitor visas.

In the eyes on the consul, they will be potential immigrants regardless of how close you are to citizenship. A child being a GC holder is enough to trigger that.
