Citizenship - Impact of Address change

I am planning to apply for Citizenship after 5 years of PR. I am also planning to move to a new bigger apartment after living in the current apartment for 4 years. Should I apply for the Citizenship application immediately after I move to the new apartment with the new address? I really appreciate if you can shed some light on this topic. Someone told me that changing address is a bad idea before applying....

Thanks

Apply after you move. Otherwise you have to file 2 change of addresses and there's no telling if an RFE ends up at your old address.
If you live in a place like the San Francisco Bay Area (or LA and San Diego areas), moving from lets say Milpitas to Fremont (the next city over) will cause you to be in a different district office (San Jose to San Francisco) and cause a 3 month wait before applying. So do keep that in mind for you move.

Thanks a lot for both replies! I didn't know about the 3 month clause for district change. Thanks GungaDin! I live in Fremont, San Francisco Bay Area! Fortunately I am planning to move to a different apartment in same apartment complex!
