Foreign born kids need to be permanent residents and living with their naturalized citizen parent(s) in the US in order for them to automatically become US citizens.
You need to first bring your kids into US as a permanent resident. Once you do that they automatically become US citizens and you can apply for their US passport with their green card, and their foreign birth certificate (with both parent names on it).
