Citizenship for kids below 18

Hi, I'm a GREEN card holder and am eligible for filing for Citizenship for me and my wife. I will be filing Form N-400. I have 2 kids below 18 years of age. Do I need to file for Citizenship for the kids now along with my application, and if so what forms should I file?

No, they automatically become citizens when you do. You can file a N-600 for them so that they have proof of US citizenship for their records.
