I applied for my Citizenship after 5 years of Green Card, Iam in the process of getting the Citizenship. My daughter was born in India & she holds Indian passport, What is the procedure to get her citizenship? Do we have to apply after we get our Citizenship or can I apply now?

I believe the procedure involves applying for a Green Card for her. There was a discussion about this a little while ago. Please do a search of the forum.
Not if she is already in the US on a green card (the OP didn't say that she wasn't). If that is the case she automatically becomes a US citizen when you get naturalized. You can apply for her passport right away but you will have to file a N-600 to get her naturalization certificate.
Now if your daughter doesn't have a green card, getting one would be the first step. You could go through consular processing or K-4 visa followed by adjustment of status. If she enters as a permanent resident, she becomes a US citizen immediately. I don't know how it works with adjustment of status but I am assuming that once the green card is approved she once again becomes eligible for a US passport and you can file a N-600 on her behalf.

Only if she is physically located in the US in the custody of a USC parent.
There are two approaches to obtaining USC for a child. Either sponsor the child for a GC and bring them to the US, at which point they automagically become a citizen, or follow the N-600K process for children residing overseas with a USC parent.
